The Treasure Challenge is a weekly contest that begins every Monday and ends every Friday. We award a winner(s) with $200.00 per week. Every week day at 8:00am CST Treasure Challenge releases a daily puzzle. Once the puzzle is solved we award a clue designed to help the user solve the week long Challenge.

1. Treasure Challenge is currently only available to those living within the United States. If you are living outside the United States, you are still welcome to participate, but you are not eligibile to claim the prize.
2. Sign up for a username, then activate your account by checking your email and clicking the link we send you.
3. Every weekday at 8:00 AM CST, Treasure Challenge releases a daily puzzle.
4. Once the puzzle is solved, we award a daily clue that is designed to help the user solve the week long Treasure Challenge
5. The treasure challenge is a mystery that is mind captivating and could be anything: a person, place, thing, or event in either ancient or recent history.
6. Every day you are allowed one guess at the Treasure Challenge, except for Friday where you are allowed three guesses.
7. A new Treasure Challenge will always begin every Monday.
8. In the event that the Treasure Challenge is solved before Friday, we will begin a new challenge the next day that will run until the nearest Friday. This is called Fast Cash mode, and the prize amount may vary.
9. Bonus clues are extra clues that Treasure Challenge will award for various reasons such as recruiting friends, solving a certain amount of puzzles, etc...Bonus clues that are earned will always be rewarded on Thursdays.
10. If you win the Treasure Challenge, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to claim your prize.
11. All winners of the Treasure Challenge will have their first name and last initial posted on Treasure Challenge, as well as included on an email that is sent to all participants.

The selection of the winner will be an automated feature on the website. Each entry is time stamped down to the millisecond. In the highly unlikely event that there is a tie, Treasure Challenge will award multiple prizes. Once the website is updated it will reveal both the winner and the solution.

In the event that the Treasure Challenge is solved before Friday, a new Treasure Challenge will begin the next day, called a Treasure Challenge: Fast Cash. Fast Cash works the same way as the regular challenge, except that the clues will be slightly more revealing so as to give the money away in the shorter time span. Fast Cash Challenges will always end on Friday.

When you win the Treasure Challenge, we will contact you via email. Once you receive that email, you must follow the instructions contained within that email exactly. Treasure Challenge will only send your prize to the address in your Profile. Prizes go out in the mail the next business day, except on Friday where it goes out the same day.

For every three friends that a user succesfully recruits, Treasure Challenge will reward a bonus clue given the next Thursday via email. A valid recruitment requires that the friend be invited from the Treasure Challenge Recruit panel and that they sign up using the same email address you contact them with. You will only be rewarded if they actually sign up.
